Lupin- A chosen one is born

"I have no quarrel with you", the elder spoke sternly; he stared intently at the young rodent before him as his shadow towered over everything in his wake, "within your heart burns a flame of courage and with every beat it pulsates, the essence of a warrior and a hero flow through your veins. You are the chosen one; the one that will change everything as we know it now."
Lupin, with his ears pinned back and his eyes enlarged with a small amount of fear, stepped closer to the towering rat before him, "...If that's my destiny... Then I shall accept my fate and befall anything it has in store for me", he looked down at his small brown paws and let out a whispered breath, "I wont let anything happen to them", and looking back to the elder's iridescent eyes, he clutched onto the hilt of the sparkling sword that stuck into the solid earth and rose it over his head with a mighty aura that lit the dark emptiness around him.
